Our story
Tidewell works the bayside end of Brisbane: Wynnum, Manly and the suburbs around them, where a lot of the housing stock is older Queenslanders on stumps with the original pipework still running underneath.
How the work gets done
Our way of working is the same whether it's a dripping tap or a burst pipe under the house: find the actual cause, quote it plainly, then do the work. Mitch handles the gas fitting, Reuben and Kai work the drains, hot water and leak jobs, and a camera goes down the line when a drain keeps coming back so the fix lasts.

Mitch
Owner, plumber and gasfitter
Mitch runs Tidewell and does the gas work: cooktops, gas hot water and outdoor barbecue points.
Reuben
Plumber
Reuben handles a lot of the hot water replacements and blocked drains, including the camera inspections.
Kai
Apprentice plumber
Kai is our apprentice, learning the trade on the van with Mitch and Reuben.
